After a long hiatus, the Uptown Buffet Club is back at it! The re-dedication ceremony began with community theatre before commencing at the mama of all buffets – Thomas Super Buffet. The “Super” was burned out on the sign though, so it was just a “Thomas Buffet.”
Ryan ate fried frog legs. We stalked the buttery-roll bringer and stockpiled several rolls after every replenishment. There was a Mongolian BBQ station. It was “seafood” night. Morgan noted that all things “stuffed” were really just filled with melted cheddar/nacho cheese. It was a true buffet experience.
